Reporting Abusive Content or Users
If you see objectionable content or abusive behavior in SharpFace's community chat or leaderboard, you can report it directly in the App: tap the message or profile in question and select Report. You can also Block any user so you no longer see their messages or activity. We review reports of objectionable content or abusive behavior within 24 hours and take action, which may include removing content or suspending the account involved.
If you're unable to report something in the App, email us at sharpface.app@icloud.com with details and, if possible, a screenshot.
Managing or Cancelling Your Subscription
SharpFace Premium subscriptions are billed and managed through your Apple Account, not by us directly. To view, change, or cancel your subscription:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone
- Tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions
- Select SharpFace Premium and choose Cancel Subscription (or change your plan)
Cancelling stops future renewals; you'll keep Premium access until the end of your current billing period. If you re-subscribe or reinstall the App, use Restore Purchases in SharpFace's settings to restore your subscription and Diamonds.
Deleting Your Account and Data
You're always in control of your data. To permanently delete your SharpFace account and data:
- Open SharpFace
- Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account
- Confirm the deletion
This removes your account, profile, and community content from our systems. Note that "Before & After" progress photos are stored only on your device, so deleting your account does not affect them — you can remove those separately from your device at any time. If you can't access the in-app option, email us at sharpface.app@icloud.com and we'll process your deletion request.

What is SharpFace?
SharpFace is a guided facial-exercise app. It includes a 30-day program with about 40 video-guided exercises, progress tracking, and an optional community where you can chat with other users and see a leaderboard.
Is SharpFace free?
Yes — you can use the core program for free. SharpFace Premium is an optional subscription that unlocks additional features. There's also an optional in-app currency called Diamonds you can purchase.
How do subscriptions work?
SharpFace Premium is available as a 1-Month ($3.99) or 3-Month ($7.99) auto-renewing subscription. It renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Payment is charged to your Apple Account.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Cancel any time in your Apple Account settings: Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions > SharpFace Premium > Cancel Subscription. We don't handle billing directly — Apple does.
How is my data handled? Are my progress photos private?
Your "Before & After" progress photos never leave your device — we don't collect or see them. If you choose to post a photo or message to the community, that content is uploaded and visible to other users, and is later removed automatically as the community feed updates. We don't sell your data or use third-party advertising trackers. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
